This olive oil from Greece was prepared using the Kolovi and Adramitiani olive varieties. Kolovi olives are characterized by their mild and sweet taste. The precocious "Adramitiani" variety is fruity and has a Mediterranean, herbal flavor. They create a unique blend of sweet and slightly bitter notes!
