Organic Thyme!

• Grown according to strict biodynamic rules on the shadiest Italian hills, these small, carefully selected leaves have a truly special flavor. Thyme is indispensable in Italian and French cuisine and originally comes from southern Europe.
• Today it is cultivated in large parts of Southern and Central Europe as well as in the Balkans and the Caucasus. Thyme is very spicy and has a slightly smoky flavor. It is compatible with most Mediterranean dishes, and highly recommended for use with tomatoes, eggplant and potatoes. It also adds an incomparable flavor to fish and wild game.
