Description

The enzyme-active wheat malt flour can be added to dough for making bread, pastries and cookies made from wheat flour. It offers the following advantages:

  • It allows the dough to mature better resulting in a significantly higher volume.
  • The crumb is particularly moist while the crust is extra crispy.
  • Bread and pastries taste fresh for longer.

How to use: Simply add baking malt to the flour in your recipe and mix well. Bake Affair recommends adding 20g baking malt to 1 kg flour. Or add the amount recommended in your recipe.
