Description
German packaging: Emmentaler vom Halblaib
This Emmentaler has a slightly nutty taste and a bold flavour. On the palate, you'll enjoy notes of buttermilk and boiled potatoes. The cheese is matured for 6 months and is perfect for cold cult platters or cheese plates.
Tip:
- The Emmentaler tastes best at temperatures between 10 to 15 ° C - so take the cheese out of the refrigerator two hours before use.
- The product is lactose-free and is made from hay milk (100%) in Tyrol.
