The light, aromatic scent of this cheese has notes of pineapples, honey, nutmeg and almonds. The fresh flavour has nuances of buttermilk and boiled potatoes. The fine, nutty taste is created by maturing the cheese for 2-4 months. Manufactured in Tyrol without genetic engineering and according to strict guidelines.
