Enjoy eating this cheese slice by slice! The tasty cheese has been aged for at least 3 months, giving it plenty of time to develop its flavour. The cheese has a savoury flavour and slightly tart notes. Gourmets will also recognise notes of cake and buttermilk in the scent.
Tip:
- The cheese is most flavourful at a temperature of 10 to 15 ° C - so take it out of the fridge two hours before serving.
- The product is lactose-free and made from hay milk (100%) in Tyrol.
