This icing makes decorating, glazing and icing easy!
Royal Icing is a powdered protein-based glaze that is perfect for decorating cakes or pastries. Simply mix the powder with water and adjust the consistency as you need it. You can add food colouring if you like to change the colour. The glaze does not clump and is easy to process.
