Domaines Kilger Bison "Leberkäse" Bologna

This bologna is made from the best bison meat (raised on their farm) and pork. It is free from flavour enhancers and antioxidants.

Domaines Kilger's bison are not only an impressive sight, but their fine meat also has an unmistakably fresh and spicy taste. Bison meat is particularly lean, rich in protein and important minerals. The bison live on the 27 square kilometer estate in Transylvania.

The pork comes from certified companies. Pigs with the "Steirerglück" seal have to be born, raised and slaughtered in Styria.
