Description
Only the best red deer meat from Styria, Austria is used to make this goulash. Fine spices and a dash of red wine gives the goulash an incomparable flavour! Serve the goulash with pasta, dumplings, rolls or bread.

- The meat has a crumbly structure and a characteristically aromatic flavour.
