The dark Tahini is superior to the light Tahini in terms of nutrition and flavour and satisfyingness, it takes longer to make the dark Tahini, You need to have a drink of water or juice etc while eating Tahini or any Nut Butter or Seed Butter, as they are quite heavy to swallow
