Description
"Neuroula" was made from 100% Koroneiki olives! Freshly harvested and pressed! The fresh taste is reminiscent of cut grass, green tomatoes, artichokes and green bananas and apples. With a medium spiciness and low bitterness.
The production:
- The oil was naturally filtered and is bottled less than 1 month after harvest. The fresher the oil, the less turbidity. This also means less sediment. The "Neroula" groves are south-west facing with very poor soil and little water. This virgin olive oil is obtained directly from olives and pressed by cold extraction.
