Feuer & Glas Tomato and Olive Bread Mix

Tips & Preparation
Mix all the ingredients by hand or in a baking machine to form a dough. Allow to rise and then bake.

In addition to the mix you will need:

• 380 ml water
• 70 ml olive oil
• 10g salt
• baking paper

Ingredients:
Wheat, 5.5% tomatoes, 3.5% olives, dry yeast, salt, rosemary.

May contain traces of nuts, egg, celery, mustard, sesame, soy, milk.
