This exceptional pepper is grown on the Kampot Cambodian coastal province and is considered the best pepper variety in the world. Unique climatic and geological conditions allow the pepper to thrive with incomparably delicate flavour nuances and superior quality. Additionally, the pepper has a certified Geographical Indication (GI) label from the World Trade Organization.
These peppercorns are carefully harvested by hand and are gently dried in the sun, before they are finally hand-picked and packaged. The peppers have a full-bodied and fruity flavour and an intense spiciness. Due to the soft sweetness, the very strong spiciness of the exquisite pepper is harmoniously rounded and subtly tamed.
