• Orange & Lemon Thyme Fruit Spread
  The orange marmalade tastes perfect as a spread and is delicious with fine desserts. Also goes very well with wild poultry, pies and terrines.
• Vineyard Peach & Lavender
  The fruit spread made from vineyard peaches has an exotic taste and a wonderfully pleasant aroma of lavender blossoms. Perfect with mature Camembert cheese.
  Tip: Cut the camembert into thin slices. Briefly toast the bread of your choice, place slices of Camembert on top and let it melt slightly in the toaster over high heat. Spread a little vineyard peach spread over it and serve warm.
• Tomato Black Walnut Pesto
  This fruity and spicy pesto is versatile in use and very flavourful. The combination of tomatoes, nuts, cashew nuts and cheese tastes magical and goes very well with a wide variety of dishes such as pasta, grilled meat or fish.
  Tip: To keep the pesto fresh for longer after opening, wipe the rim of the jar with kitchen paper and cover the pesto with olive oil.
• Rhubarb Fig Chutney
  The rhubarb-fig chutney is delightfully fruity and spicy and goes well with ham, grilled and roasted dishes and mature cheese.
  Tip: Spread the chutney on toast or bread of your choice, top with smoked salmon and Camembert and bake briefly in the oven or on the grill.
• Chilli paste
  This chilli paste lives up to its name and adds fiery heat to any dish. It is great for seasoning grilled meat, fish or vegetables. Chilli lovers will definitely love the paste with its long-lasting heat!
  Tip: If you don't use all the paste at once, cover it with a little olive oil after opening and store it in the freezer with the lid slightly open.
