Description

The perfect blend of spices for a tasty chili con carne. It can of course also be used as a rub for beef or for grilling.

Recipe Tips for Chili con Carne:

  • 300 g ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons Fireland Spice Chili Con Carne (you can also use more)
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 onions
  • 400g chopped tomatoes or tomato puree
  • Corn
  • Kidney beans

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop the onion and sauté in a little oil
  2. Fry the beef and stir in the tomato paste and cook briefly
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the spice mixture
  4. Add corn & beans - and let simmer for 1 hour over low heat. Tip- add 0,33ml of dark beer to the sauce!
