Galup Colomba Cake with Khorasan Flour with Cranberries

Khorasan wheat is an ancient type of wheat that is particularly rich in important nutrients. Among other things, Khorasan wheat flour is valued for its high content of proteins, essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals (like zinc, potassium or magnesium). The sweet and sour cranberries harmonise with the sourdough cake batter and also provide valuable antioxidants. Raisins or candied citrus fruits are not included in the recipe.
