Galup Panettone Filled with Hazelnut Cream

Admittedly, comparing this chocolatey, nutty creation with a classic panettone is not so easy, but under a dark chocolate glaze decorated with hazelnut brittle, the classic sourdough cake is made from a tried and tested Galup recipe.
