Description
Panettone cakes are fluffy, tall cakes made from sourdough. Traditionally the cakes are filled with raisins and candied citrus fruits. Galup has specialized in baking these golden yellow cakes since 1922. The dough is made according to a traditional recipe but comes in many varieties nowadays!
This delicious panettone is filled with candied pieces of pears and extra dark chocolate chips. The cake is coated with a crispy hazelnut glaze and is sprinkled with whole, roasted almonds and sugar granules
- Information on storage: Store in a cool, dark and dry place at a maximum of 18 ° to 20 ° C.
