La Cerca Polenta with Truffles

Polenta is very popular in Italy. It goes wonderfully with fish and is one of the standards of Italian cuisine. This fine polenta is refined with dried truffles for a delightful taste.

Preparation:

• Bring 1.5 l of water to a boil, stir in the polenta evenly and let it boil for 3-5 minutes.
• Made without chemical flavourings and preservatives
