The bright spelt used at Martinshof is freshly ground to make spelt pasta. All important vitamins remain in the noodles. Six fresh free-range eggs from the Martinshof are used per kg of pasta to make tasty and above all, healthy noodles. They are free from additives and preservatives.
Our spelt is the so-called original species, it is free of the genetic components of wheat. And the eggs? You can be assured they come from our happy free-range chickens, which roam around daily on over 10 m² of meadow and do whatever their chicken hearts desires.
