Ready, set, go! These sweet potato slices come together quickly and taste unbelievably good! The vegetarian spice blend contains other types of veggies and spices. The 100% organic ingredients are sure to add a feel-good moment to your day!

Fresh ingredients needed:

• 500g sweet potatoes
• 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation:

• Mix the contents of the bag with 50 ml of lukewarm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to create a paste.
• Wash and peel the sweet potatoes and cut them lengthwise in ca. 1cm thick slices. Lay the slices of sweet potatoes out on a baking tray and spread the paste on top of the slices, pressing lightly.
• Preheat the oven to 200°C (electric ovens 175°C) and bake until crunchy and golden brown.

Tips:

• the sweet potato slices taste wonderful with a yogurt dip with chives.
• the spice blend can also be used with other types of vegetables!
