German packaging: Bio Würzbasis Gemüse Feta Lasagne
Feeling low after a stressful day? This organic spice blend makes it easy to whip up tasty feta-lentil lasagna in no time! Things always look better on a full and happy belly!
Fresh ingredients needed:
- 100 g light feta cheese (9% fat)
- 200 g zucchini
- 200 g yellow pepper
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- 60 g red lentils
- 6 lasagne noodles (120g)
- 50g sour cream (15% fat)
Preparation:
- Crumble the feta. Wash the zucchini and pepper, then chop them into cubes. Halve the tomatoes.
- Add the vegetables to 2 tablespoons of hot oil and sauté them in a pan. Add the lentils to the pan.
- Pour 400 ml of water over the veggies. Stir in the contents of the package and bring to a boil. Add half of the feta cheese.
- Grease a pan, then fill it, alternating between layers of the sauce and a layer of the vegetables. Finally dab the sour cream over the top layer and sprinkle the rest of the feta cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (150° for convection ovens). Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Tip: garnish with your favourite herbs.
