Mexican Tears Red Habanero Sauce

This natural, strong, red chili sauce is made of Habaneros. The pleasantly spicy sharpness starts to subside after 7- 9 minutes. There is also a harmonious, powerful interplay of raw materials processed without vinegar-based flavor. The sauce is even a lava red color and has a exotic, pleasant flavor of mango and peach. On the palate, you'll note the slight sweetness of pineapple. This sauce is made from pure, unmixed habanero chilies from an entire orchard. The sauce has a low acidity, yet is very exhilarating.
