Mill & Mortar Chipotle Chilli Flakes

Chipotle consists of smoked, medium-spicy jalapeno chillies. The jalapenos come from Mexico where they mature on the bushes until they are a deep brown colour and are wrinkly. The chillies are then dried in burning chimneys for several days.
The resulting flavour is both smoky, peppery, hot and fruity.
