Mill & Mortar Marmaid's Bite

This special spice blend won first place in the "Best Grill Spice" category at the Danish BBQ championships. MERMAID'S BITE has fine notes of mint and citrus fruit. The blend is great with fish, grilled vegetables or light fish dishes.

To get the most out of the fresh blend, use it as a marinade and grill your dishes over indirect heat. If you use too hot of heat while grilling or searing, the herbs could become bitter.
