Description
This vegetable oil was gently pressed and freshly milled and is made with Austrian sunflowers. It contains unsaturated omega-6 fatty acids (63.3%) and omega-3 fatty acids (6.4%). Part of the sunflowers used (30%) were lightly roasted before pressing. Ideal for raw vegetables and salads.
