Olio Roi Extra Virgin Olive Oil ,Cru Riva Gianca

This exclusive layer oil grows around 60 m above sea level. The olives for the oil come from 300 year-old trees. A mixture of 30% green, 50% medium and 20% mature olives. The fragrance is reminiscent of white flowers and ripe bananas. In the mouth, the oil develops an almond flavor. The product should be used as a seasoning oil. Excellent on carpaccio, fried fish and vegetable dishes.
