Paldauer Whole Morel Mushrooms

About the mushrooms:

• Thanks to careful handling and processing these morels retain their full flavor for a real treat. The dried mushrooms come in a resealable can. Morel mushrooms contain natural minerals and fiber making them very suitable for vegan diets. The top-quality mushrooms grow mainly in largely ecologically intact forests.

Preparation:
Allow the dried mushrooms to swell for 20-30 minutes in warm water, then strain through a fine strainer. Use the mushrooms the same as you would use fresh mushrooms. Before serving, warm well.
