Description
The Naga Jolokia Chili comes from organic and biodynamic cultivation where it is picked by hand, freshly chopped and immediately processed with apple cider vinegar and salt. Thanks to this process, the flavor, aroma and spiciness of the fruit remain unchanged.
The delicious scent of fresh chillies unfolds immediately after opening the package and smells unique. They are suitable for refining meat dishes and sauces, and for special desserts like chocolate cake.
