Description

Almost a legend - the Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar! Thanks to its unique aroma, it shows up regularly in upscale desserts and gourmet pastries. Only harvests from growing areas in the Indian Ocean can be called Bourbon vanilla.

A delicate floral scent and warm cocoa notes are characteristic of "real Bourbons", they are true ambassadors of Creole joie de vivre!

Note: There are two pods (4 grams) in the package. Half a vanilla pod is enough for one litre of liquid! Slit the pod lengthways and let it steep for 15 to 20 minutes in a liquid such as milk. Remove the pod before further processing.
