Quai Sud Vanilla from Tahiti

Vanilla from Tahiti fascinates gourmets all over the world: It is more aromatic than other varieties and amazes with clear hints of plum. Since it perfumes food more intensively, its use is also more economical - please use sparingly.

Note: There are two pods (4 grams) in the package. A quarter to half a vanilla pod is enough for a litre of liquid! Slit the pod lengthways and let it steep for 15 to 20 minutes in liquid such as milk. Remove the pod before further processing.
