The "Feurige Stangerl" is a tribute to our Southeast Styrian Woazschwein. The fine-grained sausage is spiced up with small pieces of jalapeno flakes and gets its rustic character through the slight smoking over beechwood. With its piquant taste, the "Feurige Stangerl" is an interesting change when hiking or for every snack.
