Description
The lard by Styrian butcher Feiertag is made from regionally sourced Styrian Woazschwein pigs and is carefully rendered according to a traditional process. It is ideal for baking, cooking or as a spread - absolutely delicious with rustic and crusty bread!
Tip: This lard is ideal for making traditional dishes such as schnitzel or doughnuts.
Note: Store refrigerated at + 2 °C to + 6 °C. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 days!
