Description

The Beiried is a lean cut from the back of the beef. So that the meat gets its special taste, it is ripened in special ripening rooms for about 2 weeks.

Preparation tip:

  • Briefly sear both sides depending on the desired cooking level (medium approx. 2-3 minutes) and let rest in aluminium foil for approx. 10 minutes.
