Description

This fine ready to eat veal ragout is made with the finest veal, spices and herbs with a dash of fresh cream and sour cream. Styrian butcher Feiertag uses only the best regionally sourced ingredients and carefully processes them according to traditional recipes. A delightful Austrian classic with a fresh homemade taste!

Tip: Serve this ragout with homemade paste or spaetzle.

Note: Heat well in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently. Store refrigerated at + 2 °C to + 6 °C. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 days. Maintain the cold chain, work cleanly, always heat the product thoroughly!
