The rear hock is a very meaty, heavy piece and is ideal for roasting and boiling, making it ideal for goulash or cabbage.
The meat comes from a Southeast Styrian Woazschwein that was raised, fed and slaughtered in Styria. The feeding is GM-free, this attitude is very much respected to the welfare of the animals.
