Description

The vegan 1889 line of pasta products by Recheis includes only two ingredients: 100% Austrian durum wheat semolina and pure, fresh water from the Karwendel nature reserve in Tyrol. Made using the traditional bronze die extrusion process, this flavourful pasta has a slightly roughened surface and the perfect, tender bite.

Cooking tips: Bring one litre of salted water to the boil for every 100 g of pasta in a large pot. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for 6 minutes. Drain and mix with the sauce of your choice while still hot. Enjoy!
