Description

"Fleckerl" is a classic pasta variety in Austria and is very popular. With Recheis 1889 Fleckerl you can now enjoy this pasta classic in its vegan form because it contains no ingredients of animal origin. Only 100% Austrian durum wheat semolina and water from the Karwendel nature reserve in Tyrol are used here. It is made by extruding through bronze dies giving the pasta a slightly roughened surface so that it retains a firm bite after cooking and sauces can stick better.

Cooking instructions: Bring salted water to the boil in a large pot. Take 1 litre water per 100 g of pasta. Cook for 5 minutes for an al dente texture. Drain and serve immediately. Fleckerl are ideal for stir-fried dishes and casseroles.
