Description

These particularly nutty and easily digestible patties are made with green spelt, which gets its name from its early harvest. Seasoned with onions, carrots, parsley, leeks and peppers you can whip up an easy dish in no time.

Preparation:

  • Mix the mixture with about 250 ml of boiling water and allow to rise for about 10 minutes. If desired, add one egg and two tablespoons of crumbs to the mixture and shape patties with your wet hands. You can also add finely chopped vegetables and some cheese to the patties.

Pan frying:

  • Heat some oil or butter and fry the patties for 5 to 10 minutes over medium heat, turn over and fry until golden brown.
  • In the oven: coat the tin with a little oil and bake the patties at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes until light brown, then turn over and bake for another 10 minutes.
