Looking for an extra tasty bread? This mix is just for you! The bread has a slightly bitter, nutty flavour and is easy to make quickly. It is organic and does not contain yeast.
- Pour the bread mix into a large bowl, knead with 9g dry yeast or 1/2 a cube of fresh yeast (21g) and with about 200 ml lukewarm water. Make sure that the dough is not too firm - if necessary, add some more water. Let the dough rest at room temperature for a ½ hour, covered. Brush your bread pan with oil. Knead the dough again briefly by hand and let it rise covered in the pan for a ½ hour, then bake.
- Baking instructions: top/bottom heat: approx. 200 ° C (preheated) Convection: approx. 200 ° C (preheated) baking time: on the middle rack approx. 35 - 45 min.
Preparation with baking powder:
- Pour the baking mix into a large bowl with 1 pkg of cream of tartar and knead with approx. 200ml lukewarm water. Brush the bread tin with oil, add the dough and place in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 45min.
Note for baking in the oven:
- In the beginning, put a plate of hot water in the oven on the bottom rack to prevent the crust from drying out.
