Sapore di Sole Organic Ligurian Pesto

Classic Ligurian pesto goes well with pasta and also tastes delicious with fresh vegetables or salads. All the ingredients are organic in origin including fresh basil, virgin olive oil, pine nuts, cashew nuts and cheese (pecorino made from pure sheep's milk and parmesan), come from organic farming.

Tip: Do not heat the pesto before serving in order to retain the fine aromas. Simply mix in with cooked, drained pasta or serve as a cold seasoning sauce with other dishes.
