The dough prepared with cold water is extruded using traditional bronze dies and allowed to dry slowly at low temperatures. This results in pasta that retains a delicious bite even after cooking and allows sauces to stick better.

Preparation: The manufacturer recommends a cooking time of 6 to 7 minutes in plenty of salted water.
