Description
This clear ginger soup contains fully ripe, dried vegetables like carrots or parsnips and Asian spices like ginger, lemon grass and coriander.
Preparation:
- Mix 1 heaped teaspoon (6 g) of the soup mix into 1/4 liter of water and let it boil.
- Ideal for seasoning and refining soups, sauces and savoury dishes of all kinds.
