Description
Sonnentor-ground orange peels give your dishes a fruity touch. This spice is perfect for baking, sauces or Asian vegetable and meat dishes. It can also be used to flavor marinades.
The dried orange peels smell refreshingly orange and lemony. They taste fruity with a delicate sweetness, ending with a subtle, mildly bitter note.
Tips & Preparation:

They are traditionally used in the Szechuan and Hunan cuisine- add to fried pork and duck meat for a hint of Asian spice in your kitchen. Cakes and biscuits also benefit from a fruity note of orange.
