Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Prepare the pork roast. Wash the meat and pat dry. Rub the meat with the spice. Place in an ovenproof dish and cook for 30 minutes. Take the roast briefly out of the oven and cut the rind. Then cook the meat with the crust side up for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on roast size.
