Description

Nasi Goreng is a widespread rice dish popular in Indonesia and Malaysia that can be cooked in a variety of ways.

In Indonesia and Malaysia, Nasi Goreng is served as a separate meal or served with vegetables, curry dishes and roast meats.

This spice mixture can also be used for spring rolls, dark sauces and other Eastern dishes. Also suitable for Bambi Goreng.

Recipe for Nasi Goreng:

1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped, 400g beef or pork, cut into pieces 1 tablespoon of peanut oil, 2 T soy sauce, 2 diced tomatoes, 100g green beans, 2 eggs, 200g of cooked white rice.

Heat the oil in a large shallow pan, then roast the garlic and onion until they are clear and glassy.
Mix the meat, diced tomatoes, and crushed beans with Nasi Goreng spice blend and fry for about about 10 minutes.
Beat the eggs and let thicken in a corner of the pan.
The resulting omelet can be cut into strips and mixed with the meat mixture.
Cook the rice, add the soy sauce and seasoning and fry for three more minutes. Garnish with boiled ham.
