Description

This type of wheat is also called “Kamut” or “Urmut” and is a mixture of natural durum hybrids and a wild form of wheat.

  • The Stöber Mühle uses only Urhor Khorasan wheat that can clearly be distinguished from other types of grains in terms of appearance. Furthermore, it is natural, vegan and germinable.

The flavour of the wheat is mild, nutty and slightly sweet and can be used in the same way as spelt and wheat.
