Description
Masala Chai is a mix of black tea and fine spices that is very popular in India. In this mixture, pieces of ginger, cloves, cardamom, bay leaves and cinnamon refine the finest black tea from Assam - a fragrant, light infusion that can also be enjoyed without milk!
Preparation without milk: the manufacturer recommends 2 teaspoons of tea per cup. The water should be boiling hot, steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
Preparation with milk: Boil 200 ml of milk, sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of Masala Chai and simmer for another minute, then let it steep for at least 1 minute. Strain and serve.
