This unique spread tastes great on great and is made of venison shoulder, herbs and spices. Seasoned with onions and schmalz, the meat is cooked in its own gravy until it is soft as butter. Its wonderful on a crunchy slice of white bread. Try it with a dab of apricot chutney!
