WauWau Hot Chili Mill

A stainless steel shaft is moved by the red brackets, driving a plate against the chili pepper, pushing them over a sharp perforated plate. Small chilli flakes trickle out. The grinder works very smoothly, so it is easy to turn. Good things come in very hot chillies!

The mill consists of a beech wood body that is first painted in satin black, then stained in the "Vintage" version, then grinded and oiled.

The grinder is made of red anodized aluminum sheet, and at the top of the mill sits a black bakelite. Each WauWau Chili mill comes with a serving of organic chili.

The WauWau Chili mill is the latest product from the WauWau manufactory. The aim of this new development in the chili mill market was to manufacture a grinder that can grind the whole chilli pepper, without having to crush them before filling. The grinding process is also very focused on the pod and operates on a completely different principle from the pepper grinder. The pod is not ground into powder, but "ripped" into flakes.
